Refund policy

Refund Policy:
Please choose carefully. As refunds are not automatic, especially if you simply change your mind. A refund, exchange or credit will be made where the goods are faulty, or wrongly described. Returns will be issued a credit note to the same value of the goods. Credit note is valid for 12 months only. All return queries need to be discussed directly with us and within 24hrs of delivery.

Our standard right of return or exchange is subject to the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned in a re-saleable (new) condition and in their original packaging.
- In the event that the exchanged item product is of less value than the originally purchased item, a store credit will be issued for the remaining value.
- Any item purchased on a sale or an end of line items can not be returned.
- Any item that has been custom made or altered.
- Any item that has been specially ordered in for a customer.
